Information on Jukin's Payment Processing Cycle
Jukin Media processes payments once a month in a Payment Processing Cycle. We will pay your current balance, listed in under the “Amount Accumulated Toward Next Payment” each month as long as the following conditions have been met:
- Payment Method and Tax Information have been completed correctly and are up-to-date
- You have added the Licensing Blurb to your video’s description*
- You have sent us your Original Footage
- Your Outstanding Balance exceeds $100*
*Does not apply to One-Time or Buyout agreements.
Payments are sent out once a month and are generally processed on the last day of each month (so long as this day does not fall on a weekend or banking holiday).
Tip: If you have an accumulated balance less than the $100 threshold and would like to receive a payout, we may be able to help on a per-request basis. Email partner support with the subject line "Early Payout Request" for more information.
When your payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the subject line “You just got paid! // Congrats from Jukin Media”. After this email, it can take some additional time for the funds to arrive, depending on the payment method you have selected.
The average processing time for each method is:
- PayPal: 1 - 2 business days
- Direct Deposit / ACH: up to 3 business days
- Wire Transfer: 2 - 4 business days
- eCheck / Local Bank Transfer: 2 - 4 business days
- Domestic Check: 5 - 10 business days
- International Check: up to 4 weeks
