Information regarding the 1099 IRS Tax Form for U.S. partners
The 1099-MISC is an IRS tax form that documents the total amount of income a person received from an entity (not their employer) in a given year. This form applies to people living in the U.S. only.
If you have received earnings from Jukin Media throughout the tax year, you will be receiving a 1099 tax form from Jukin. These forms will be mailed to the mailing address listed in the W9 form that you submitted through the payment portal. The 1099s will be coming from a company called Pro1099. These were mailed the first week of February but if you have not received your 1099 by February 15th, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a new form.
To view your W9 form or make any changes for the upcoming tax year, please go to the Payment Info tab on your Dashboard (or partner.jukinmedia.com/partner-info) then click through to the Tax Forms section. On that page, select "click here" to view your previously submitted info.
If you have any questions regarding your form or for help accessing the document, please contact us at email@example.com.
Please note: Jukin Media is not able to give advice on how or when you should file your taxes. We recommend that you contact a tax professional with any questions.
For non-U.S. residents, please read about the 1042-s tax form.
