# 1099 Tax Form

## Information regarding the 1099 IRS Tax Form for U.S. partners

The 1099-MISC and 1099-NEC are IRS tax forms that document the total amount of income a person received from an entity in a given year. This form applies to people who have submitted a W9 tax form to Jukin. If you have received earnings from Jukin Media throughout the tax year, you will be receiving a **1099 tax form**.

 

**These forms will be e-mailed** to the email address that is listed in your payment portal. The 1099s **will be coming from a company called Track1099** and will be e-mailed by **January 31st.** Once you receive the e-mail, please enter the last four digits of your tax number to open and save the document.

 

To view what you submitted on your W9 form or make any changes for the upcoming tax year, please go to the Payment Info tab on your Dashboard (or [partner.jukinmedia.com/partner-info](http://partner.jukinmedia.com/partner-info)) then click through to the Tax Forms section. On that page, select "click here" to view your previously submitted info.
