# I received a claim or takedown, even though I bought a license. What should I do?

There may be a technical limitation depending on the platform. While the Content may not have been restored, the report filed by Jukin has been successfully retracted and the associated strike has been removed from your page/account. Any further action to restore the Content will need to be addressed with the platform directly or any other company that may have taken down the Content.
