After I buy a video, how do I download it? Do I need to do anything else before I use it?

Once you have completed your purchase, you’ll receive an email receipt along with a link to download the video you’ve licensed. If you have difficulty downloading your purchased video, please contact us at customersupport@jukinmedia.com.

If you plan to post your video to social media, we ask that you provide us with a link to the page or channel where the video will be posted by emailing usage@jukinmedia.com. This will help our Rights Management team ensure there are no ownership/rights conflicts associated with your posting.
