An Indemnification clause, when included in the terms of an agreement, obligates one party to compensate the other if losses or damages arise from authorized use of the content. The standard Personal, Basic Pro, and Super Pro digital editorial licenses offered through our website do not include indemnification. You assume all risks of using content after purchasing and a license and downloading the files.
Our custom Enterprise licenses can be negotiated to include indemnification terms, where Jukin may be obligated to compensate you for some or all of the costs resulting from loss or damages arising from your authorized use of the content. These terms are unique to each contract and are determined on a case-by-case basis.
